These terms govern your use of The SEO Pros client portal and services. By signing up for a plan you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
1. Our services
We provide search engine optimization, content creation and digital marketing services according to the plan you choose. Plan contents are described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Results such as rankings and traffic depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
2. Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes are added.
- If a payment fails, we will let you know and may pause services until it is resolved.
3. Cancellation — simple and at any time
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@theseopros.ca or from your client portal. Cancelling is as easy as signing up — one request, no extra steps or retention hoops. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after that. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and keep your contact details current.
- Ensure you have the right to authorize us to publish on the accounts you connect.
- Do not use our services for unlawful, misleading or infringing content.
5. Content and AI
Content we create for your campaign belongs to you once the applicable fees are paid. Some content is produced with the help of AI tools and reviewed by our team; you are responsible for reviewing published material about your business. We may reference general results in our own marketing without identifying you unless you agree.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The SEO Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
7. Termination
We may suspend or end services for non-payment or misuse after notice. You may end services at any time as described in Section 3.
