This policy explains how The SEO Pros("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our client portal, sign up for a plan, or receive our SEO and marketing services.
1. Information we collect
- Business contact details — your name, company, email, phone and website when you sign up or request a quote.
- Billing information — your subscription plan and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers on our own servers.
- Marketing account access — with your authorization, tokens that let us publish content to your social and video accounts (for example YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X and Threads). You can revoke this at any time.
- Content and reports — the articles, videos, topics and performance reports we create for your campaign.
2. How we use it
- To deliver the SEO, content and marketing services you subscribe to.
- To bill your subscription and send invoices and receipts.
- To create and publish marketing content on the accounts you connect.
- To send you campaign reports and service updates.
3. Use of artificial intelligence (AI)
We use AI tools to help produce campaign content. This includes AI text generation (Anthropic) for articles and captions, and AI video and voice generation (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Shotstack) for marketing videos. Your business details and campaign topics are sent to these providers only to generate your content. A human on our team reviews AI-assisted content before it is used for your campaign.
4. Who we share information with
- Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
- AI providers — Anthropic, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Shotstack — to generate your content.
- Social and video platforms you connect — YouTube/Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Threads — and Zernio, a publishing service we use to post on your behalf.
- Email delivery — to send reports, confirmations and invoices.
- Hosting — Railway, where our systems run.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as you are a client and as required by tax and accounting law. Connected-account tokens are removed when you disconnect a platform or end your subscription.
6. Security
Information is protected with encrypted (HTTPS) connections, hashed passwords, access controls and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
7. Your rights and choices
- Access, correct or request deletion of your information by emailing info@theseopros.ca.
- Disconnect any social or video account at any time from your portal or by contacting us.
- Cancel your subscription at any time — see our Terms of Service.
